Really! :) 8 lbs in just a month. :) It is really hard working on a night shift. You get less sleep, and eat at the unlikely time of the day. It was really a struggle for me to lose weight, especially when all you can see are fast food, and of course, Starbucks! I don't exercise too! I am so tired to do that when I get home. The most important factor to lose weight, that I don't have is DISCIPLINE. ...not until I was introduced to HERBALIFE :) I lose weight with no exercise at all, but, I don't have to starve myself just to lose weight. I eat healthy, I drink MILK, and I try to discipline myself. I think this is the most effective diet program I ever had! Losing weight, but still gets the nutrition my body needs. My diet would include: 2-4 glasses of Fruit Shake, 1 full meal, fruits, oatmeal, and herbal tea. I also take food supplements to cleanse my body.
