Work
I realized how I enjoyed browsing non-business related sites in the office, but never had time to browse the news.
I went to Yahoo! to read through different news articles, and one article caught my attention. Why? Because it is funny, but makes all sense.
Everyday when I wake up and have to go to the office, I always complain "I don't want to work anymore yada! yada!" but I am still lucky to have a high-paying job, though, work really sucks! Hehe.
Anyway, just to share, this is what the news was about:
RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - A man who was hit by a stray bullet in the back of the head is back at work _ with the slug still stuck in his skull. E.T. Strickland, 74, a commercial real estate seller, said the bullet hurts, but not enough to keep him from his job.
Strickland was told by his doctors not to have the bullet removed unless it was pressing on any arteries or causing health problems. He does plan to see a neurosurgeon though because he wants it taken out if possible.
Police said Strickland was hit by a bullet Tuesday night from an attempted robbery outside a Walgreens store. A second person was also shot, several times, as he was leaving the store. Police said that person was listed in stable condition Wednesday.
See? Even if the man has a bullet at the back of his head, it did not keep him from going to work. Nice, isn't it? :D
I wish I have the same drive, and I need not complain everytime I have to go to work. :D
