Heartaches and Tears

So emo post... be warned! hahaha! What if tomorrow, I will no longer wake up? What if this is my last blog entry you'll ever read? What if I am sick? Well, I bet some will celebrate. But hopefully, I will still wake up tomorrow. Hehe. I actually don't feel well after going home from the mall. I had an ice blended mocha, and then I ate a quickbox. My stomach was not able to digest all of the food I ate, I bet. I had to go to the wash room to eliminate them. My stomach hurts. :( I think I just need some rest today. I need to sleep. I was on leave today, so it is better to take advantage of what I am deprived of, and that is sleeping at night. lol I better go. I will just update this blog when something interesting is worth sharing. bye.

Last 2006, when I was new in eTelecare, I remember Phoenix always gives me this yummy chocolate bar. Hehe. I found these in our magic box today, and I remembered him. Hehe. Nakakatuwa lang. Parang may sentimental value. :D

I set my alarm at six so I can prepare to go to work that starts nine in the evening. It is a very tough job, having to resist the temptation of the warmth and softness of the bed. hehe. Anyway, as the alarm woke me up last night, I turned it off again, and waited for another ten minutes to gather my senses. My sister entered the room to wake me up, and I said, that I will be missing work today. After five minutes, I got up. Something inside me says I need to go to work. My inner voice won, and had me take a bath and dress up for work. I am not that bad after all. I still follow my good conscience. But I kind of felt bad missing my sunday service. I really need to catch up spiritually. I don't want God to get mad at me, for being so busy with unimportant things. Besides, nothing is greater or more important than Him. I miss my God. I am sure He misses me too. :)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,442 out of 6,663 passed the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination given by the Board of Accountancy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Legazpi this October 2008. I am not really doing a diet program to lose weight, but yesterday, I grabbed a Nesvita yogurt from 7/11. I think it was my first time to actually eat the whole cup. I thought yogurt tastes sour, but this brand is sweet, plus it has tiny bits of strawberry. I will be buying this from the grocery to save more because 7/11 sells at a higher price. I will make this as part of my meal. It is like eating chocolate, but a lot healthier. I think I love this yogurt already. Hihi!

"No more exciting October!" There is no more Ipod Touch this October. There has been a problem in buying it in the U.S. I was very disappointed to know that, but, I can't do anything about it. Anyway, I let it pass. I have not spent any money for it yet so there is nothing to be sad about. I can just buy it later on, when the price gets lower. Ahihi. What I am more excited about now is watching Rihanna-Chris Brown Concert in November 16. Yeah!!! Gold ticket costs 3000pesos, expensive, but I considered it, because it has been a long time that I watched a live concert. I will definitely have a good time, because two BIG stars are there. I love their songs, and I like them too. The concert is free standing, meaning, the whole night, we will groove to the music. This is so cool! Hihi! I am very much looking forward to it. I hope it will not rain because it is in the Bonifacio Open Field. Rain or Shine, I will definitely be there... dancing! Hahaha!

"Buyers Beware"   I remember that warning for buyers that I learned way back in college. I think it is applicable now that I am quite fond of looking at online stores, and attempted to buy from one of the gadget stores my sister recommended because she got her camera from it.   My boyfriend wants to buy a new cellular phone, so I recommended this online store (will no longer name it) because it offers cheap but good quality gadgets. Name it, and this store has it. We picked a Sony Ericsson phone, and texted the seller to ask for availability. As a standard procedure, he asked us to give a 500 peso deposit as a goodwill reservation fee, and we complied to it. Unfortunately, that time, he said, the model we want is out of stock.   A week passed, and the seller informed us that there is a model available already, but it has a higher price due to service and parts warranty. It was a thousand pesos more than what we want. So, my boyfriend decided to just wait until we can ha...

Being hired in a corporation that pays generously to employees, I observed how a lot of people are still ungrateful even if they are being paid well. I am not a certified public accountant, I am just an accounting graduate, who is underemployed, but, I am still thankful that that course made me qualified to be part of my company now. We are all not accounting graduates, but if you have that license, you earn more that anyone. You can earn fifty thousand minimum, i think. As I have mentioned in my previous blog, I am already working for two years since I graduated from college. Not that I am bragging about it, but, in my first job, I earned excellence awards, because of working really hard. I don't usually miss work, and I comply to all policies. I am paid well in that company, but, I left because, I was offered more than what I was earning. Now, in my current company, I was so surprised to know that, the company is not yet stable. How will life be without Starbucks? I usually drink Starbucks coffee when I only crave for it. I don't really drink coffee too much. It costs more than a regular coffee, but it is still worth the price. I don't put whipped cream, because it stores fat! (Ang arte!) Anyway, last night, I received a text message saying Starbucks milk also comes from China. I don't really know if it is true, but it is quite alarming. One day, you are drinking that expensive cup of coffee, the next day, you are dead. Well, according to the news, adults can tolerate a certain level of chemical in the body, unlike those poor infants who rely so much on milk. Our antibodies can destroy that melamine content in that expensive Starbucks frappe, so, get lost MELAMINE! Just continue drinking that expensive cup of Starbucks! Hahaha!

Wow! I was out all weekend. Saturday Morning, I am in Antipolo with my previous team in eTelecare. We rented one of the houses in Catleya Resort and we stayed there overnight. I am no longer working there but, my sup (team leader) still invites me everytime there are GAs ( General Assemblies) or Team Building. What I miss about the team is their sincere friendship. I can say that I met real friends there. Even if we are at work, fun is still there, and you won't feel that you are working because of the environment. Anyway, I barely had sleep that time because we took advantage of the place. The house is big, with four bedrooms, kitchen, and a large swimming pool. There is also a jacuzzi (cold! hehe!) beside it. There is also a videoke machine. (Sorry guys, hawak ko na ang mic! hihihi! ) 2am, we were all dipped in the jacuzzi, had chitchats, and took lotsa pictures. Pictures can be seen in multiply. We will always stay close and live life together. We do not know where this will lead but I know that "as long as I have you, as long as you got me, as long as there is you and I."
