MAINSTREET IS CLOSING DOWN!

        After being in CORE Mainstreet of Intuit, the big news was delivered last week that it is going to close down in two months. They chose India over Pinoys to handle the calls, three factors they said were considered. One is the performance is ALMOST? the same, two, they are 15% CHEAPER, and third is, they are more tenured than most of the Pinoy agents. Good luck to Intuit.

        I really had a bad experience with those Indian agents (I am not talking about all of them, but this is based on my experience), I was trying to transfer a call to Customer Service (indian agent), I just failed to give the correct price to the cust since it is little of my knowledge cause I do the troubleshooting, and I don't sell, then he said, why don't I know the correct price (in a very degrading STRONG ACCENT!), I told him, he should know well, and he wasn't suppose to tell me those things! (arggggh! I was very pissed off after that!) He is so arrogant!

         Going back, It was really a shock to know that all the agents, SMEs, TLs and bosses, are going to be transferred to other programs.

       I also got affected with what's happening because CORE is where I've been since I started my career in eTelecare. It is where I've grown, and where all my friends belong. Even JR is going to be transferred to Dell Libis, unless he will find another job outside of eTel. Haaay.

       Nakakalungkot na talaga... Marami na ba talagang lilipat sa Netsuite? (including me?)
